为提高磁耦合谐振式非接触电能传输(MCR-CPT)系统的电能传输质量,针对PID控制器在系统工况发生变化时适应性较差、无法及时更新和抗干扰能力弱的问题,提出一种适用于移相全桥CPT系统双闭环双输入模糊PID控制策略,并在此基础上以电压环为例,改进成三输入模糊PID控制策略,利用模糊控制分析工况变化,在线整定PID控制器的相关参数,从而稳定系统输出。仿真与实验证明了基于模糊PID算法的MCR-CPT移相控制策略具有良好的鲁棒性与抗干扰能力。
Abstract:In order to improve the power transmission quality of the magnetic coupling resonant contactless power transmission(MCR-CPT) system,when the system working condition changes for the problems of poor adaptability,inability to update in time and weak anti-interference ability of PID controller,a double-closed-loop dual-input fuzzy PID control strategy suitable for phase shift full-bridge CPT system is proposed.On this basis,the voltage loop is taken as an example to improve the three-input fuzzy PID control strategy,and the fuzzy control is used to analyze the change of working conditions and adjust the relevant parameters of PID controller online,to stabilize the system output.Simulation and experiment show that the MCR-CPT phase shift control strategy based on fuzzy PID algorithm has good robustness and anti-interference ability.
